Description

With the Protection Pack, New Balance reworked its 2002R in a deconstructed style: layers of suede with deliberately frayed raw edges, stacked over breathable mesh. The result is a worn-in, crafted-looking sneaker that has become one of the brand's most sought-after models.

This beige and cream colourway sits on the ABZORB midsole with an N-ergy heel unit and a gum rubber outsole. A comfortable pair, easy to wear with jeans, cargos or joggers.

Size 40.5 in European sizing. Pair in good condition: signs of wear and dirt on the suede and mesh, yellowed foam on the tongue and collar, normal sole wear. Small tears on the inner part of the heel (lining). The frayed suede edges are part of the Protection Pack design. The photos show the actual item for sale.
